The Legacy Standard
The secret to a flawless guest turnover
A turnover is more than cleaning. It is a complete reset designed to protect the property and prepare a consistent welcome.

Between checkout and check-in, every detail matters. The home must be cleaned, linens refreshed, supplies checked, damage noticed, and the final presentation verified—often within a narrow window.
The Legacy Standard is our repeatable approach to that work. It gives owners and property managers a dependable local partner without taking control away from the person responsible for the property.
1. Begin with a walkthrough
Before cleaning begins, we look for anything unusual: visible damage, excessive mess, missing items, maintenance concerns, or belongings left behind. Important findings are documented so the owner or manager can decide what happens next.
2. Clean room by room
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors are completed with a clear checklist. High-touch surfaces and easily missed areas receive deliberate attention. The goal is not merely a home that looks clean from the doorway, but one that feels cared for when a guest settles in.
3. Reset linens and presentation
Fresh linens, properly made beds, neatly arranged towels, and intentional staging create the first impression. During this step, we also watch for stained, damaged, or worn items that may need replacement.
4. Restock thoughtfully
Each property should have its own supply expectations. We check guest essentials and owner-approved amenities against that standard, then report low inventory before it affects a stay.
5. Complete the final quality check
The last walkthrough confirms that rooms are ready, lights and thermostats are set as directed, doors and windows are secure, and nothing was overlooked. Completion photos and useful notes give remote owners and managers visibility after the team leaves.
We do not consider the turnover complete until the property is ready to welcome the next guest.
Consistency builds trust
A strong turnover process reduces surprises, improves communication, and gives every guest a more consistent experience. It also helps owners protect the condition of the property over time.
